about

.
First track is passably pretty - it's a bit like a long transatlantic ocean-liner voyage where the best bits are the start and the end of the journey, and though the middle doesn't exactly hit any icebergs I still feel that when I'm playing it at 3am tonight I might burst out laughing at how I've still not been excommunicated from the Musicians Union, not that they've let me in - and even at this lowly level on Bandcamp I still feel an overwhelming dose of Imposter Syndrome, though like all of us I've felt that all my life about everything and everywhere.

Second track is kind-of "ambient" but is designed to be played loudly and if people find it more grating than pleasurable then I shall not feel disappointed - it's actually probably a fairly age-ist track - oldies like me might find it rather attractive, because we can't hear the high-pitched stuff, whereas young people and dogs with good hearing will be forced to leave the room or the country - so not for the first time, deafness is an advantage when visiting this page. Still, yesterday an old flame told me that her two favourite musicians are me and Adele, though I'm sure that if Adele's new single was 59 minutes long things would be different.
